Terms
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Good Loop LLC (“we”), which runs Conjure at conjuredecks.com. By using Conjure, including through an agent acting for you, you agree to them.
Using Conjure
- You must be at least 13 to use Conjure, and at least 18 (or have a parent’s permission) to place an order.
- Keep your account secure. You’re responsible for what happens under it.
- You’re responsible for what an agent does on your behalf, as if you’d done it yourself. Only you can place an order, on the proof page.
- Don’t abuse the service: no scraping beyond our published API, no attacking it, no getting around limits.
Your decks
You made it, so you own it. You keep every right you have in your card text, prompts, and images. You give us permission to store, process, render, and print them, and to share them with the vendors who make and ship your deck, only as needed to run Conjure for you. We won’t use your decks in marketing without asking.
AI-generated art may not be protected by copyright everywhere, and similar prompts can produce similar images for other people. We can’t promise your art is unique.
What you can’t put on a card
When you upload an image, you confirm you have the right to use it. Beyond that, don’t make decks that:
- infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights;
- use a real person’s likeness in a way they haven’t agreed to, or in a way that harasses or demeans them;
- sexualize anyone, or depict minors in any sexual or harmful way;
- promote violence or hatred, or break the law.
We review orders before printing. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, or remove content that breaks these rules.
Orders, payment, and shipping
- Prices are shown before you pay. Payment is handled by Stripe. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout.
- The proof page shows every card as it will print. Please check it closely: we print what you approve, including typos.
- Printed color can differ slightly from your screen. That’s normal for print and isn’t a defect.
- Delivery dates are estimates. Your order page shows the status and tracking.
Refunds and reprints
- Before printing: cancel anytime before your order is sent to the printer for a full refund.
- After printing: decks are made to order, so we can’t take returns for a change of mind. If your deck arrives misprinted, damaged, or never arrives, we’ll reprint it or refund you. Tell us within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) at support.
Our side
Conjure is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running and your decks safe, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Ending things
You can stop using Conjure and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Orders already paid for will still be fulfilled or refunded.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above and, for significant changes, email signed-in users before they take effect. Continuing to use Conjure after that means you accept the new terms.
Disputes
Please write to us first; most things can be fixed with an email. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Good Loop LLC is organized.
