Privacy

Conjure is run by Good Loop LLC (“we”). We collect what it takes to make and ship your deck, and not much else. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t run ads or ad trackers.

What we collect

• What you make. Decks, card text, prompts, answers to the intake questions, and the images you add.
• Your account. When you sign in: your email address, and your name and profile picture if your sign-in method provides them.
• Orders. Shipping name and address, email, what you ordered, and what you paid. Payment details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Agent access. If an agent works on a deck for you, the actions it takes through our API, and a hashed copy of its access token.
• The basics of running a website. Server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept to operate and secure the service.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the service needs: one that keeps your sign-in, and one that holds decks you make before signing in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To build, preview, and print your deck, and to ship it to you.
• To take payment, send order and shipping emails, and answer you when you write to us.
• To keep the service working and safe, including checking uploads and orders against our Terms.

We don’t use your decks, images, or prompts to train AI models.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run Conjure, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe for payments.
• Clerk for sign-in.
• MakePlayingCards to print your deck, with your shipping address so they can send it.
• Resend to send email.
• Vercel, Modal, Neon, and Cloudflare to host the site, render cards, and store data.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people or the service, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy still applies to your data.

Your agent is yours. What you tell it, and what it does with what it sees, is governed by that agent’s provider, not by us.

How long we keep it

• Decks made without signing in are deleted after 30 days without use.
• Your account and decks stay until you delete them or ask us to.
• Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices

You can see, correct, download, or delete your data. Email hello@conjuredecks.com and we’ll do it, usually within a few days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a regulator; we honor them.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access tokens are stored hashed, and access is limited to the people who run Conjure. No system is perfectly secure; if something goes wrong that affects you, we’ll tell you.

Children

Conjure is not for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Where it lives

Conjure is based in the United States, and your data is stored and processed there.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above. If a change is significant, we’ll tell signed-in users by email before it takes effect.
